Meta tags are the HTML elements that serve information about
the web page to the search engines and the visitors. These elements must be lie
in between the opening and closing head tag of the HTML code. These are:

Meta description and
3)
Meta keyword.
But at present Meta keyword is not important as Google does
not give priority of this as ranking factors rather it is risky as competitors
can easily get the targeted keywords of your site.

engines and visitors about the concise and accurate information of the main
pages. It is displayed on the Google SERPs as a clickable headline for a
specific result. Title tag is the most important Meta tag of a website.
